Embrace Wholeness
****
There is a self-organising, natural force of intelligence that underlies every movement;
Movement of body; movement of mind; movement of heart - the pulsations that fuel each expansion and contraction - the momentum of which keeps all of life going.
***
This is a space where we get to explore all the ways that Aliveness unfolds through and as us; through the movement of our limbs and longings; through the urges, felt senses and curiosities that propel us forwards into each next impending moment.
***
Leaning on the wisdom of sages, devotion to the Goddess, and our own flesh bodies; we gather ourselves into presence. We call on the aspect of us that can access Truth. Time and time again - as many times as it takes.

Embrace a Living Tradition

Dia dhaoibh, is mise Jenny! (Hi there, I’m Jenny)
I’m a yoga teacher, musician, guide, seeker, student, writer, translator and lover of all the ways that soul tries to speak to us through the body, song, words, emotion and the land that we live on.
I will forever be learning these languages.
My perception and interpretation of life, yoga practice and the world is informed by the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra and Sri Vidya Tantra, both of which stem from the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism, and which has been passed to me via various different teachers such as Rod Stryker, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Octavio Salvado, Collette Davis, Tracee Stanley and Indu Arora (to name a few!)
The other half of my psyche has been shaped, formed and moulded by the contours of the Irish language (An Ghaeilge), and the wild, raw aliveness of the land in the West of Ireland, from Connemara all the way up towards the coast of Sligo, where I live currently.
My journey with yoga and these non-dual Tantric teachings is ongoing and forever evolving - much like the landscape of the land here. Over the past few years I have reclaimed my connection to the spiritual traditions of Ireland and have been exploring how my studies and embodied understanding of yogic teachings aligns with what is being re-membered on this land, particularly how my work with Sanskrit mantra, chanting, group singing and Kirtan weaves with the revival of Irish as a language (I wrote my MA thesis in Nua-Ghaeilge in 2014 on “The Role that Music Plays in Language Revival”).
I continue to offer classes, workshops, courses and trainings both online and in person, and I love creating longer, deeper containers for students to really immerse in the teachings, giving space and time for them to integrate within the context of their own lives and living environment.
For now, these offerings are mostly in English, but I do have a yearning to someday offer Irish language events more and more (this has already started bilingually). I share regular updates, reflections and ramblings via email newsletter - the link is below to subscribe if you feel called to know when the next trainings are running.
Grá mór
Jenny
